I've been doing insurance for about 7 years now and I do enjoy it because I feel like I'm able to help people in more ways than one. I met Bong through a group of friends and decided to get an accident plan from him as I felt that he was able to thoroughly explain the plan to me using layman terms. He didn’t push me to get it but instead, made sure that he and I both understood what I wanted out the plan before going for it. I love that he’s always very patient in explaining the policies to me because it really takes me a while to understand. I was looking for a change from my old financial consultant and my mum recommended Benjamin to me. He is a lot more understanding and explain things well. He doesn't use jargon and treats everyone pretty nice. When I didn’t understand certain policies, he explained them patiently with charts and examples that are easy to understand. Something I really appreciate as someone with no clue about the world of insurance.

I was introduced to him by a close friend a few years ago. He came strongly recommended. The onboarding process was smooth and I was explained exactly what and why I was required to do. Subsequently, he sat down with me to review my investments. At that time, I was stuck with a few poorly performing investments which were bought on impulse and left neglected as I did not know what to do with them. He helped me to rebalance my portfolio into one which is aligned with my needs and risk appetite. He was patient with my questions and explained technicalities in layman terms.
