I got to know Aaron through a friend.
I was rather unhappy with my previous FCS, and my friend who is very particular about FCS, highly recommended Aaron.
Aaron is very professional. He knows his stuffs at his fingertips. Whenever I was in doubt about certain details about my policy, he can reply me immediately.
When I got to know about some other companies’ new policy, Aaron will always be able to do a compare and contrast between his and theirs very clearly and easy to understand. He will do a review with me, and advise me if the policy is suitable/relevant to me. Aaron is very responsive. He never “MIA”. There were a few incidents that I was unsure if it’s claimable or not, he is always there to assure and guide me through it.
Aaron is never the “hard sell” kind of agent. He will listen, understand and always follow up regularly on your current finance situation and really plan for you accordingly. He doesn’t sell for the sake of his “quota” yet he doesn’t make you feel neglected.
Aaron is very reliable. You can have 100% trust when it comes to P&Cs with him. He do not have the “oh, I thought it was ok to share since he/she is your family member.”
